The Cotton Filling Machine is a complete set of equipment for automatic quantitative filling of pillow cores or pillows. By streamlining the processes of raw material conveying, opening, cotton blending, quantitative filling and subsequent clamping operation, it can achieve efficient, stable and controllable pillow core production. This production line not only greatly reduces the manual transfer and sorting links, but also ensures the consistency of filling amount and product quality. Main configuration Cotton Filling Machine

1. Automatic cotton feeding/feeding system

Automatic cotton feeder (feeding box): conveys large or loose bags of fiber to the front end of the vibration box or Cotton Opener by spiral conveying or pneumatic cotton feeding.

Vibration box: loosens and vibrates the fiber cotton fed in, initially removes the clumps and evenly distributes them.

2. Opening and cotton blending system

Cotton opener: further loosens and homogenizes the fibers treated by the vibration box for subsequent accurate measurement.

Cotton blending machine/mixing machine: For production that requires a variety of fiber blends, accurate proportions can be made in this link to ensure the proportion and quality of different fibers.

3. Quantitative filling system

Quantitative filling machine: Use spiral conveying, pneumatic conveying or electronic scale measurement to accurately fill the opened fibers into the pillow core or pillow case according to the set weight or volume.

Multi-channel filling pipe and clamp operation table: Common two-way or multi-way parallel filling, the upper and lower gates and clamps are driven by cylinders to achieve bag positioning and release, improving production capacity and stability.

4. PLC control and human-machine interface

PLC control cabinet: Centrally manage the start and stop, metering, proportioning and fault alarm of each process equipment, and the operator can monitor the production status and adjust parameters through the touch screen.

5. Dust removal and safety system

High-efficiency dust collector: Suspended cotton dust generated during the opening and filling process must be collected in time to ensure the operating environment and equipment life.

Safety protection: The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop button, protective door interlock and anti-winding and anti-blocking design to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment.

Automatic bagging and back-end stitching: Integrate automatic sewing machines or heat sealers to seal or sew the filled pillow core at the tail to form a complete product.

Fully automatic packaging machine: Connect the pillow packaging machine to pack the finished pillow (pillow film packaging), label, spray code or automatically pack the finished pillow.

Automatic loading and unloading: Equipped with Z-type elevators and finished product lifting chains to achieve unmanned transportation of raw materials and finished products.

Production level: According to customer needs, the optional production capacity ranges from dozens of pieces/minute to hundreds of pieces/minute, and supports modular upgrades (manual → semi-automatic → fully automatic).
