Diy Teddy Bear Stuffing Machine also known as plush toy filling machine, is a device specially used to automatically convey and evenly inject filling materials such as loose polyester fiber, cotton fiber or foam particles into various soft toys such as dolls, teddy bears, and dolls. It is often equipped with a foot switch and filling nozzles of various diameters to meet the filling needs of dolls of different sizes, significantly saving manpower and improving production efficiency.

Material preparation and opening: The raw materials (such as polyester filaments or short-cut fibers) are first loosened by the Opening Machine and impurities are partially removed to obtain a uniform and loose fiber flow.
Airflow/screw propulsion: The loose fibers are pressurized by a fan or screw propeller and conveyed to the inside of the doll through a hose to avoid the unevenness and inefficiency of manual drawing filling.
Foot control and precision feedback: The operator starts or stops filling through the foot switch. Some high-end models can also be equipped with photoelectric or weighing metering systems to achieve real-time monitoring and precision control of the filling amount (±1 g level).
